Support System – Those You Give Support To & Those You Receive Support From

Your Support System is an interesting area of life because it really does affect each of the other 8 areas of your life in so many ways. It is my belief that it is closely tied to your Self area of life. The more solid you are in your Self area, the better your Support System relationships will be. You will see they go hand in hand.

Personally I have found myself giving to much to the point of feeling resentful and it was because I was feeling insecure and wanted to feel more significant or loved. Setting boundaries in this area of your life is important and is the foundation for this area of your life.
