How to Stop Attracting Shit

Ever notice when someone is in a bad mood they attract more and more shit. Yet, they don’t see that they are doing it to themselves.

Recently I have been attempting to be more and more conscious of my thoughts and feelings to ensure I am focusing on the positive. Focusing on feeling good helps me to attract more and more good.

When I do find myself attracting shit, I can see that my mood is bringing that shit right to me on a silver platter and I will often say to myself, “Ah I did that!” Acknowledging that I am responsible helps to put me back in control of the way I feel.  When I get control back of the way I feel it helps me to get out of the funk by focusing on what I want…typically all I want at that point is to just feel good!
