How To Go From Grouchy To Good In 10 Minutes!

Yesterday at about 5pm I started to feel rotten on the inside for no reason. Maybe I was tired or hungry, I am not sure. However, I just rode it out and tried to keep to myself as best I could until I crawled into bed. Lying in bed with my eyes closed I did my best to focus on things I am grateful for. After 10 minutes I opened my eyes with a HUGE smile on my face.

Next time, I will close my eyes for 10 minutes and focus on gratitude IMMEDIATELY when I start feeling rotten inside! Lesson learned…the hard way!
